Quality Assurance Officer (Food Manufacturing)
Full-Time - Permanent

Our very well-established Food manufacturing client are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their business on a Full Time Permanent basis as a Quality Assurance Officer and support the Quality Manager in ensuring the implementation of food safety and quality procedures for day-to-day food manufacturing operations.
Quality Assurance Officer Role:
Provide quality assurance support to the operational team in relation to food safety, legality, and product quality.
Complete and maintain internal paperwork and log quality checks in line policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations in line with the requirements of the BRC Global Standard and business requirements as a Quality Assurance Officer
Ensure process controls are implemented, maintained, and monitored to ensure the food products produced are safe, legal, and meet the specified quality criteria.
Monitor and maintain product testing requirements, analysis of results and instigation of investigations and corrective action as Quality Assurance Officer.
Work independently with minimal supervision, be initiative-taking, organised and have good communication skills.
Logging test information
Conduct frequent factory visits for the purpose of understanding products for inspection.
Attention to detail is required with the ability to support the production of reports and communicate key issues effectively on a regular basis as a Quality Assurance Officer
Quality Assurance Officer Candidate:
You must have experience as a Quality Assurance Officer specifically within the Food Manufacturing sector
Knowledge and experience of working in line with BRC standards.
High diligence
Collaborator with a great work ethic
