Recruitment Administrator
Location: Stockport, SK1 (Head Office)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00)
Hourly Rate: £11.90
Temporary Contract with Immediate Start
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a temporary Recruitment Administrator to support the Recruitment Department of a client we are representing.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key part in the full recruitment cycle, with responsibilities including:
Collaborating with service managers and senior staff to identify recruitment needs
Assisting in job advert writing and managing online job postings
Assisting in the preparation of interview questions and supporting managers through the interview process
Representing at local job fairs to promote vacancies
Guiding candidates through the pre-employment process, from checks to onboardingBased at the friendly Head Office in Stockport, you'll enjoy a collaborative team environment just a few minutes' walk from local train and bus services.
What We're Looking For:
Previous office-related experience or recent graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Confidence and interpersonal skills to liaise with candidates and managers
Ability to manage your own caseload
