An incredibly well-established manufacturing company based in the outskirts of Colchester are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, Salary of £53,000 per annum. Working a Panama shift pattern, which involves a rolling shift pattern of nights, days, and weekends all 12-hours each.

Duties:

* Conduct preventative and planned maintenance using electrical and mechanical skill set

* Responsible for completing electrical work on machinery, including fault finding and PLC programming

* Take on tasks that require data to identify and independently act upon root cause issues

* Achieve KPI targets for maintenance, line performance and waste reduction

* Support and lead project initiatives in plant

* Support SAT and FSAT initiatives

To be considered for this exciting Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role, you will need the following experience:

* Multi skilled electrical maintenance engineer, with 2 years’ experience working as a maintenance electrician or similar

* Good knowledge and understanding of either Allen Bradley or Siemen S7 PLC's, pneumatic control with a high mechanical aptitude and good diagnostic skills.

* Valid 17th or 18th edition certificate
