Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a dynamic role that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference? We are looking for enthusiastic practitioners to work across multiple nurseries in the Leeds area, providing essential support where it's needed most.

About the Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting nurseries across Leeds. You'll be a vital part of each nursery's team, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for young children. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy setting and is ready to get stuck in from day one.

Responsibilities:

Support nursery staff with the daily running of the setting
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
Engage and interact with children, contributing to their emotional, physical, and social development
Work closely with the nursery team to ensure the smooth running of the room
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Follow nursery policies, safeguarding, and health & safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Experience working in a busy Early Years environment
A proactive attitude-someone who can get involved and support the team
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different nurseries
