Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering (residential groundworks)

Location: North Region - working between the Stafford and Warrington offices.

The role - Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor

This civil engineering contractor are searching for a hard working and driven Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Based between their Stafford and Warrington offices, you will work alongside their production team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region.

You will be office and site based covering the North region.

* You will be joining a team of Quantity Surveyors

* You will have exposure to the full project life cycle with involvement from initial enquiry through to project delivery

* You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects relating to the projects, whilst achieving the highest standards ensuring the company's strong reputation is maintained.

·Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor - you will have residential groundworks experience.
