Are you an experienced Credit Control Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Our client is offering a unique opportunity to join their Finance department at their Head Office in Lichfield. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient debt collection processes and overseeing the Credit Control team.
* Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00
* Salary: Competitive
* Benefits: 25 Days annual leave plus birthday off, Company pension, Company Sick Pay
The Role:
The Credit Control Supervisor will:
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure efficient debt collection
* Support and coordinate the Credit Control team
* Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve disputes promptly
* Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness
* Liaise with solicitors and use legal avenues for debt collection
* Provide monthly reports and reviews with the Finance Director
The Candidate:
The ideal Credit Control Supervisor will have:
* Experience in a Credit Control or debt collection environment
* Excellent knowledge of Credit Control procedures
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
* Ability to analyse data and work on own initiative
* Leadership skills and commercial awareness
