As they continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of their housing projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of developments, ensuring that all designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements are met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the technical delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
Manage and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all technical outputs.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Act as the main point of contact for all technical queries and provide expert guidance to project teams.
Support the development and implementation of best practices and innovative solutions in construction methods.
Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role in the residential development sector.
Strong understanding of building regulations, planning processes, and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Project Management tools).
