Are you an experienced Production Manager / Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the Northwest, managing a dynamic team of 35 at their facility located at Liverpool Docks.
This is a fully autonomous role where you will have the chance to make a real impact, with comprehensive industry training provided and clear paths for progression within the business.
Operating across 9 UK sites and boasting an annual turnover of £500 million, the company is known for its strong focus on staff retention and development. Following a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 35.
* Oversee production schedules, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
* Work closely with senior management to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
* Tailored training to get you up to speed in the industry & defined routes of progression
Person:
To succeed in this role, you will:
* Have experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor, ideally in manufacturing, heavy engineering, recycling, aggregates, or a related industry.
* Be a natural leader with excellent people management skills.
