Academics are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Year 4 Primary Teacher to join a forward thinking school based in Rickmansworth on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of the schools Year 4 students. This role requires a dedicated teacher with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a passion for inspiring young minds.

Planning and Delivery:

Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
Implement a variety of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning and comprehension.
Foster a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.Assessment and Evaluation:

Regularly assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and personal development.
Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.Classroom Management:

Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and expectations to create a positive and orderly learning environment.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to address and resolve any issues promptly.
Encourage positive relationships and mutual respect among students.Pastoral Care:

Support the social and emotional well-being of all students, fostering a caring and inclusive classroom culture.
Act as a mentor and role model, promoting positive attitudes and values.
Liaise with parents and carers to provide regular updates on student progress and address any concerns.School Engagement:

Actively participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4 students.
