We’re excited to offer you an opportunity to join their dynamic team as the 7th field sales recruit. If you have a passion for sales, new business prospecting, and account management, this role is for you!

With headquarters in Sheffield, our client operates a thriving ‘Business-to-Business’ (B2B) model, with divisions throughout Yorkshire. As a valued member of the sales team, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the West Yorkshire region.

* Realistic year 1 OTE of £32,500 with uncapped potential

* Potential to exceed £50,000 year 2 onwards

* Working hours can be flexible if needed but generally 9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri is required

Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, calls, and social prospecting

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring you hit your OTE

* Collaborate closely with internal teams, fostering clear communication and a positive, solution-oriented approach

* Maintain and update the CRM with accurate, timely information

* Partner with the Sales Manager to spot growth opportunities and support ongoing sales activities in your region

Experience:

* Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – the right attitude, passion, and drive to succeed matters most

* A tenacious and resilient personality, ready to embrace challenges and turn "no’s" into "yes’s"

* Confidence using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for prospecting and enhancing brand awareness

* A professional and polite approach, always representing the company with excellence

* Ability to work independently while thriving as part of the larger team

Benefits:

* £25,000 basic salary with £32,500 OTE (uncapped)

* 37.5 hours a week

* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

* Company car

* Company pension

* Company bonus scheme

* Commission paid monthly
