Manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives.
Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
Will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.Requirements for this General Sales Manager role:

Proven track record of hitting targets/managing improvements within the service team
Experience within the Motor Trade is essential
Experience in a franchise dealership is essential
A valid UK driving license
Proactive and driven to support the team
