We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school based in Welwyn Garden City that has been rated Outstanding 5 times by Ofsted! The Learning Support Assistant role will require you to support a variety of children across the school. The school is keen to hire a Learning Support Assistant immediately to fill this position.

The Role:

Our new learning support assistant will support children who have additional SEND needs such as ASD, MLD, PMLD and SEMH.
The learning support assistant will support the teacher getting classroom ready for lessons.
Support the teacher in managing classroom behaviour
As learning support assistant, you will be supervising group activities such as outdoor learning, sports, life skills, socialising and playing with peers. The school:
