Role Description

This is a full-time office based role for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at SPHere Design Ltd. The role involves but not limited to tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, planning, and reporting. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost estimation and monitoring throughout the projects.

Qualifications and Experience

* Cost control, cost management, and cost reporting skills

* Proficiency in cost planning

* Strong analytical and numerical abilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management, or related field

* UK Driving Licence. National travel to site and occasional international travel required.

* Knowledge of CostX is beneficial.

* Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
