Are you the right person for the job?

This role is ideal for someone with freight industry experience who wants to broaden their skills by getting involved in the sales process. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) and be keen to collaborate closely with our clients and partners.

What will your role look like?

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our sales support team, helping to maintain and grow relationships with our clients. Key responsibilities include:

Engaging with current clients, keeping them updated with monthly rates
Providing one-off rate quotes and following up to ensure client satisfaction
Coordinating bookings with our agents, hauliers, and shipping lines
Building strong relationships to retain and expand client business
