A vacancy has arisen for a permanent full time Quality Assurance & Improvement Officer.

Whilst under Devon County Council’s polices, home working will be facilitated, the work base for this post will be Estuary House / Forde House, Newton Abbot to predominately support the South and West localities. This includes undertaking visits to Providers.

It is possible there may be a need to support flexibly across the county.

It is an exciting time to join this dynamic team who have recently gone through a transition and now developing how we deliver our offer as part of the Quality & Contracts Management Team. Key requirements for this position are:
• Experience within the adult social care sector, particularly in quality assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for driving continuous improvement in care services
