Location Support Coordinator - Site Based
Monday to Friday – 22.5 hours over 3 days
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (pro rata) plus private medical healthcare and 27 days annual leave plus bank holiday plus excellent benefits
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services company looking for a Front of House to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Manage reception duties, meeting room setups, IT support, and assist with desk bookings, post, and deliveries.
Support the Location Support Coordinator with facilities tasks, health & safety compliance, and office maintenance.
Work closely with internal teams to help create a productive and professional office environment.
Coordinate onsite events, maintain office records, and assist with admin tasks including logging purchases and supporting H&S activities.What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role
Professional and clear communication
Comfortable with MS Office and basic IT tools to manage office requirements.
