The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (German Speaking) to manage multiple packaging design projects for high-profile clients. Working closely with the Account Director and internal teams, you will ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion, maintaining strong client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the end-to-end process of packaging design projects.

* Act as the key contact between clients and internal design/artwork teams.

* Ensure projects align with client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines.

* Manage budgets, invoicing, and ensure commercial profitability.

* Foster long-term relationships with clients.

* Effectively communicate project needs in German and English.

What We’re Looking For:

* 2+ years of experience in account/project management.

* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

* Experience in FMCG packaging or a creative/design environment (desirable).

* Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
