InterQuest are delighted to be working with a successful bank, they are looking for a Prudential Risk Manager to join their team in London (hybrid working available).

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Conduct day-to-day monitoring and second-line oversight of key Prudential Risk processes, including capital and liquidity forecasting, stress testing, and recovery planning.
  • Ensure robust oversight of Treasury and Finance functions on prudential risk management topics, such as liquidity risk and capital risk.
  • Support the development and implementation of Prudential Risk policies, identifying and addressing policy gaps and exceptions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of internal assessments processes, ensuring alignment and appropriate risk challenge.
  • Prepare and present Prudential Risk Management Information reports to Management & Board Committees.
  • Analyse and report emerging trends and regulatory changes, providing impact assessments and proactive recommendations.

Experience and knowledge:

  • Strong background in Risk Management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
  • Previous experience in implementing risk management policies and procedures.
