Location: London 3 days per week
Salary: up to £140,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

Our Fintech client is looking for a Marketing Director of Organic Growth, the client is going through significant growth. The ideal candidate will responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy focused on non-paid channels like SEO, content marketing, CRM/email marketing, and social media. You would lead cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement while optimising the brand's visibility and authority.

You will be responsible for:

  • Organic Growth Strategy
  • Content and SEO Management
  • Social Media and Community Engagement
  • Customer Retention and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Cross - Functional Leadership

Experience needed:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience within leadership focused on organic growth within Marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth through non paid channels in a B2C environment
  • Previous experience working within Fintech or highly regulated environment
  • Extensive experience with SEO strategies, content marketing, social media management, and CRM/email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how to integrate organic growth strategies into broader marketing and business goals.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS).
  • Understanding of Copy and Content creation
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Understanding of website analytics, A/B testing, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with product, design, analytics, and sales teams.
