The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in preparing detailed and competitive estimates for mechanical services in high-value residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and comprehensive mechanical estimates for high-end residential projects
Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce competitive pricing
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and terms
Work closely with the project team to ensure estimates align with project objectives and budgets
Contribute to tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is completed to the highest standard
Monitor costs and adjust estimates as required during the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical estimating within the M&E or construction sectors
Previous experience working on high-end residential or similar large-scale projects (£10m+)
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and services, particularly in high-value residential developments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office packages
