Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 15:30/16:00
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
Breaks: 15-minute paid break, 45-minute unpaid lunch break
We are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our client’s team in Market Harborough, LE16.
This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, handling tasks such as trimming and preparing raw materials, packing finished products, and maintaining workspaces. You’ll also be working in a cold environment, and full protective clothing will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trimming and preparing materials for production.
* Ensuring correct consumables are in place for production runs.
* Packing finished products with attention to detail.
* Storing goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
* Cleaning work areas according to procedure.
Requirements:
* Experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions in English.
* Good physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks and lifting products (within health and safety guidelines).
* Knowledge of safety regulations and flexibility in working hours.
Additional Information:
* You will work in a cold environment (protective clothing provided).
* Shift flexibility is required
