Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit for a part time temporary Cookery Lecturer, teaching various authentic Italian, Spannish, Thai and breadmaking recipes within the Aberdeen City Campus. Role would be temporary for evening classes and will run various cookery topics throughout the academic year.

Role responsibilities

to prepare and deliver authentic Italian, Spanish, and Thai cookery classes.
to prepare and deliver breadmaking classes.
maintain accurate attendance, and results records
provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop

The person & qualifications

Must have food hygiene qualification and ideally be chef or professional cookery qualification
Previous teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential
