Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Wincanton who are actively looking to recruit a HSE Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement the site HSE plan with a focus on culture
Complete details risk assessments and maintain the risk assessment library accordingly
Manage the incident, accident and near miss reporting system and following up actions in a timely manner either directly or through delegationWhat you need to succeed:

NEBOSH is essential for this role
Previous environmental experience is desirable
Food industry experience is desirable
Experience of LEAN manufacturing is desirable
Knowledge of ISO14001 and 9001 is strongly desirableWhat you will receive in return:

Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Shifts - 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm. M to F including BHsBenefits

Leave of 29 days inc BHs. +1 day at 3 years, +1 day at 5 years
Collective bonus based on business performance. Full bonus is £790
Pension EE5%, ER3%
