RECfinancial is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a large business based in Leicestershire. The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable distance from areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry & Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this exciting Finance Business Partner role will be responsible for leading the firm's budgeting / forecasting activities, business modelling, ownership of the board pack, commercial analysis, driving decision making based on data driven information and working with the senior leadership team.

The role has a small team reporting to it.

The business is keen to hire a candidate who is likely to be in a role with a predominant commercial focus and you will be experienced in working with non finance staff to drive commercial understanding and improving operational impact through data lead decision making.

The role has a salary range of between £55,000 and £65,000 plus benefits including a bonus
