This global manufacturer based in Bedfordshire seeks an experienced and knowledgeable Product Manager to join them on a permanent full-time hybrid basis. Offering a salary range circa £75k-£80k plus a highly attractive employee benefits programme which includes an end of year performance bonus. Due to continued growth and customer demand this role has been newly created to lead and manage the implementation and ‘roll out’ of new high performance IT architecture products across the EMEA regions. The right candidate must be able to evidence a minimum of 3-5 years proven product management expertise; someone who can demonstrate success gained during the inception to completion product management stage.

Reporting to the Product Director, this is very much a collaborative role, one which will include close working with sales, marketing, branding, technical research, and solutions delivery teams across many countries. Your employment history needs to ‘show case’ a proven track record of managing a portfolio of customers with multiple new product launch management and expertise. Responsible for working on high budget/value products, with the ability to understand and demonstrate the purpose and delivery of product portfolio management, including a technical know-how of IT/computing infrastructure, such as servers, data storage drives, and network equipment is essential to the overall job requirement.

As Product Manager we are looking to attract a candidate who can evidence an entrepreneurial approach to solution delivery, taking full responsibility for product lifecycle, gaining, and maintaining strong customer relationships with the client and associated supply chain. Responsible for managing multiple product lines at different stages, using data driven insights including global product management to ensure successful and profitable new product launches.

A knowledge of IT infrastructure is highly advantageous to this position, although not essential. The need to possess and demonstrate sound product management experience with new launch experience, driving product growth and profitability is however essential. If you have worked for a global organisation this would be a added bonus. Our client is ideally seeking an experienced and certified SCRUM Product Owner, who may have achieved higher educational attributes, with experience in working with Agile methodologies.
