Kimble & Company Fire Protection, a division of Endeavor Fire Protection, is seeking a Service, Inspection & Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a leading provider of fire and life safety services in Southern California, Kimble & Company offers a wide range of inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services for portable fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and plumbing systems. Our clients include commercial, industrial, and residential properties, and we have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Kimble & Company offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commissions.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and other key decision makers
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Act as a liaison between customers and the service/technical team to resolve any service-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to fire safety
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the fire protection industry, preferably service, inspection, and fire alarm related sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of fire codes and regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
