Schedule:

Full Time

Monday to Friday

No Evenings or Weekends

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in counseling or related field

Active licensure: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure required

2 years Experienced in Mental Health Treatment: You have worked with clients who have mental health/mood disorders in residential or outpatient settings

Collaborative Attitude: You are a team player who is passionate about our mission to foster positive change

Strong Clinical Skills: You are skilled in motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and documentation
