What you'll be responsible for:

Generating New Business Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads using cutting-edge sales tools, contributing directly to our growth and success. 

Prospecting & Research: Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and industries, building relationships with key decision-makers. 

Collaborative Strategy: Partner with senior sales team members to refine communication strategies and develop best practices that drive successful outreach. 

Innovating & Experimenting: Contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales development process, ensuring we stay ahead in the market. 

Relationship Building: Nurture leads from first contact to qualified opportunity, playing an essential role in their journey with AutogenAI. 

Industry Representation: Represent AutogenAI at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings, enhancing your own professional network and our brand presence. 

Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, helping to shape our sales approach. 

Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze your outreach campaigns, sharing insights and contributing to team-wide improvements.

Requirements

Sales Enthusiasm: A genuine desire to pursue a career in sales, with a willingness to spend a majority of your time engaging with clients over the phone and via virtual meetings. 

Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher, with a demonstrated interest in technology, business, or communication. 

Self-Starter Attitude: The confidence to work autonomously, combined with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and solutions. 

Passion for AI & SaaS: A strong interest in technology, AI, and SaaS solutions, with a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving industry. 

Location: Must be happy to work 3x per week in our vibrant midtown Manhattan office

Preferred qualifications:

Any previous experience or internships in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles. 

Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or HubSpot. 

Knowledge or interest in AI and natural language processing technologies

Competitive Compensation: Total package of $95k ($60k basic / $35k commission), including monthly commissions, with uncapped earning potential as you grow and succeed.

Paid parental leave: 16 weeks if you’ve just given birth, 4 weeks if your partner has just given birth (after one year of year of service)
