Full-time Physical Therapist
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We are one in providing patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner, while delivering a best-in-class work experience to every member of the team. Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Conditions We Treat:
Lower Back Pain
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Chronic Pain
Elbow Pain
Neck Pain
Osteoarthritis
Responsibilities:
Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
New grads are welcome!
