We are looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join their ever-growing rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower our clients to achieve their optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customized evidence-based care to patients in order to quickly achieve the outcomes they are looking for.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible)
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients a day

Lower Back Pain
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Chronic Pain
Neck Pain
Elbow Pain
Osteoarthritis
Types of Patients: Senior citizens/Geriatric Patients
Key Responsibilities
Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
