Full-time Physical Therapist
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We are committed to improving the function and quality of life for our patients. It is our belief that our patients should perform at their maximum level regardless of past and current medical conditions and treatment setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible)
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients a day
Conditions We Treat:
Lower Back Pain
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Chronic Pain
Neck Pain
Elbow Pain
Osteoarthritis
Types of Patients: Senior citizens/Geriatric Patients
Responsibilities:
Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
