Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of personal, psychological, and occupational issues.
Advocate for clients' rights and well-being, and actively work to create a more inclusive and equitable society.
Provide crisis intervention, trauma response, and support to clients in need.
Work closely with case managers, families, medical professionals, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
Maintain accurate medical records, administer evaluations, and assess treatment effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
·Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
