Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design and review of high-level, complex projects, ensuring they meet our exceptional quality standards.
Be a technical specialist, tackling challenges with advanced engineering concepts and innovative approaches.
Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and drive our projects forward.
Guide and mentor staff, sharing your expertise to help them grow and succeed.
Supervise and review the work of less experienced staff, ensuring everyone is on the path to excellence.
Utilize your vast understanding of wastewater technologies and associated software to drive project success.
Navigate the fast-paced industrial wastewater environment, managing shorter deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Leverage your strong client-facing experience to build and maintain relationships, with existing market connections being a significant advantage.
