Job Description

This role involves independently conducting test work during highly complex audit activities for various Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include designing and executing audit tests, assessing business impact, recommending severity ratings, and building strong business partner relationships. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating the control environment, fostering an inclusive work environment, applying product, business, and technical expertise, and supporting team members' development.

Responsibilities:

Execute audit strategies, defining audit scope and programs, and using automation and innovative methods to deliver timely, high-quality results.

Utilize in-depth product, business, and technical expertise to challenge management and improve the control environment.

Assess impacts on business processes, controls, and strategies, providing recommendations on severity ratings.

Contribute to draft audit reports and share audit results with business leaders.

Support peer and team development through on-the-job training and foster an inclusive work environment.

Build and maintain business partner relationships, primarily with line management, to enhance business knowledge.

Utilize innovative tools to complete audit activities efficiently.
