Job Description

This role involves independently conducting test work during highly complex audit activities for various Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include designing and executing audit tests, assessing business impact, recommending severity ratings, and building strong business partner relationships. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating the control environment, fostering an inclusive work environment, applying product, business, and technical expertise, and supporting team members' development.

Assess impacts on business processes, controls, and strategies, providing recommendations on severity ratings.

Contribute to draft audit reports and share audit results with business leaders.

Support peer and team development through on-the-job training and foster an inclusive work environment.

Build and maintain business partner relationships, primarily with line management, to enhance business knowledge.
