Job Description

As a Senior Sales Success Coach you will be responsible for providing sales leadership within an internal and external customer base. You will assist your Regional Director of Sales by communicating direction and goals to the sales team.  In addition train, educate, mentor, coach and set sales strategies to achieve goals in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, FL.

You will also continue to grow and maintaining a profitable book of business while developing all members of the sales force into high-performing Home Health Sales Executives through motivation, constructive feedback, recognition, and expectations.
