Deliver treatment based on the resident's care plan, including goals and discharge planning.
Accurately document billing and resident progress in Optima HCS, including daily notes, weekly reports, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
Implement ongoing treatments using current techniques, adhering to physician orders, APTA guidelines, and state practice standards.
Participate in facility care plan meetings, rehab team meetings, company webinars, and interdisciplinary training sessions.
