Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage employees in various areas to ensure smooth operations in all areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for supervising and motivating 2-10 employees by leading them in performing all required functions in their assigned work area.
Coordinate staffing needs with management.
Ensure all cycle counts, allocation rejection, claims research, and productivity reports are monitored for accuracy and completed in a timely fashion.
Coach and council employees not meeting the set work standard.
Monitor work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change.
Report any unsafe work conditions to management.
Record and submit daily metrics.
Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
