Job Description

We are seeking a landscape architect with construction design experience across a wide array of project types including housing, retail, resort/hospitality, and mixed-use. This role will be responsible for managing design projects, meeting financial, quality and timeframe objectives, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Role accountabilities:

Perform detailed phases of landscape architectural and urban design work for a project of moderate size and complexity (e.g., a single-structure facility requiring occasional interface and collaboration with various architecture and engineering disciplines)

Design site and prepare working drawings and related project documents

Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data

Interact independently with other with disciplines
