Purpose

Rubicon’s client is seeking a Social Media Assistant on a Temporary basis with the potential to go permenant. As a Social Media Assistant within this growing organisation, you will help drive social media engagement and take responsibility for the live chat function.

Social Media Assistant Responsibilities

Summarising the social media activity into a daily report.
Responsible for the Live Chat function.
Open conversations by offering free downloads.
Help encourage more engagement on the Clients social media pages.
Experience Required

An understanding of how social media works
Knowledge on how live chat works
Ability to understand targets
Able to start and close sales conversations
