Our client is a leading Facilities Management company specialising in providing exceptional services to the healthcare sector. They are committed to enhancing patient care and staff well-being through high-quality and efficiently managed catering services. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Operations Manager to join our team and lead our catering operations within healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day catering operations within healthcare facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of patients, staff, and visitors
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and manage a team of catering staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing support and development opportunities
Ensure all catering activities comply with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality.
Develop and manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Customer Service:
Maintain excellent customer service standards, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
Engage with patients, staff, and visitors to ensure their catering needs and preferences are met.Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Catering Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong budget management and cost control skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
