Temple Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our clients office in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

You will be responsible for projects across Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Commercial main contractor.

Permanent position.

Duties will include but will not be limited to

* Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers and Sub Contractors

* Provide regular updates and reports to Senior Management.

* Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for development activities to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, compliant projects for clients

The ideal candidate will have

* Experience working within the Construction industry preferrably for a commercial contractor.

* Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislations and current practice including practical application of Health & Safety legislation

* Be computer literate

* Have the ability to work under pressure

* Have a diploma in Construction Project Management or equivelant

* SMSTS, CSCS, First aid at work essential

Salary is negotiable dependent on candidates experience.

Own transport is desirable due to the nature of the role
