Vision for Education are seeking a SEND Support Assistant who can enthuse, motivate and engage learners and would like the challenge of working in a rewarding environment.

About the role

We are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to work on supply in primary, secondary and SEND schools in and around Penzance.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support 1:1, on small groups and large classes of pupils
Assist the Teacher with daily activities
Provide educational, Social and Emotional support to all
Liaise with other professionals
Requirements

The ideal SEND Support Assistant will:

Be enthusiastic and reliable.
Be available 3-5 days per week
Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs.
Have good communication skills.
Be patient and resilient.
