Your overall jobs will include utilizing the defense travel system, submiting request through the BASIC system and other administrative duties as assigned. Provide high level administrative support bvy conducting, research, preparing reports, handling information requests and peforming clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls ,and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities:

Enter travel orders and vouchers for test team

Work closely with BFMs 

Submit BASICS requests for visitors

Create purchase requests for test team needs and provide documentation to BFMs when delivered

Work with facility coordinators

Utilize Microsoft TEAMS

Schedule and setup meetings

Coordinate access to building and rooms as necessary

Prepare correspondence

Qualifications:

Must have 3 to 10 years of experience

A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience a Master's for 2 additional

Prior DTS experience desired

Prior BASIC experience required

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000
