Learning Specialist/RN Educator
Location: Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC)
Shift: Full-Time (40 hours)

Position Summary:
The Learning Specialist/RN Educator will provide education to ensure team members are competent and safe in their roles. Responsibilities include:
Education Development: Create and coordinate orientation and training programs.
Quality & Safety: Participate in initiatives to meet quality and safety standards.
Collaboration: Work with Corporate Education to assess and maintain clinical competence.
Professional Development: Support team member involvement in educational and professional activities.
Compliance: Ensure ongoing knowledge of policies and procedures.
Education/Training Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an approved nursing school.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license in Florida.
National specialty certification within two years (if applicable).
Required life support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP).
Experience:
Minimum of two years of acute care hospital experience.
