Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Catering Executive Chef for Campbell's in Camden, NJ. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all things related to culinary production at the location.

This Catering Executive Chef will work primarily Monday through Friday 6:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule.

The Catering Executive Chef will oversee the food production for café operations and catering for our corporate clients. The Executive Chef duties will include but not limited to:

Menu planning

Ordering

Inventory

Food and Labor cost

Hands on about 100% of the time

Heavy Catering

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
