The Boat Detailer is responsible for providing detailed cleaning and maintenance of boats, both inside and out. This includes scrubbing, waxing, and polishing surfaces, as well as cleaning and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems. The Boat Detailer also inspects and repairs boats to ensure that they are safe and operating properly. They must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently and efficiently

Responsibilities:

Clean and polish exterior and interior of boats

Wash boats using various washers and cleaning agents

Apply wax, sealants, and conditioners to protect boats' surfaces

Inspect boats for any necessary repairs

Ability to quickly and effectively clean and detail boats

Ability to detail boats of all sizes

Qualifications:

Polishing and waxing boat surfaces

Clean and scrub hulls

Apply protective coatings to boat exteriors

Remove rust marks

Vacuum and shampoo carpets

Clean and condition upholstery

Repair and replace boat covers

Maintain and clean boat engines

Maintain and clean boat interiors

Inspect and diagnose boat surfaces for damage

Previous experience in marina operations or hospitality industry is a plus
