Overview:

The Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort will relaunch as The Sunny, Miami’s new premier beachside retreat opening in late 2024. We are looking for an Overnight Parking Attendant to join our team. As we reimagine our resort, your role will be essential in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests, especially during the overnight hours.

The future Sunny in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach is poised to redefine the beach getaway experience offering a perfect blend of rich history and unparalleled amenities. The resort will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, spa & salon, ocean-front pool with tiki bar and fire pits, beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space, including a unique oceanfront terrace. 

Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.

Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner.

Providing directions, answering guest inquiries, and offering recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the valet area.

Assisting the front desk team with luggage handling, as needed, during late-night check-ins.

Upholding high standards of service, even during slower overnight hours.

Qualifications:

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

A proactive attitude and a desire to exceed guest expectations.

Previous experience in valet services or guest services is a plus.
