As a Senior Financial Analyst at Helping Hands Family, you will:
Collaborate with executive team members on reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting activities.
Present findings and recommendations to management, driving strategic decision-making.
Lead the development and tracking of operational and financial metrics using tools like PowerBI.
Enhance our reporting capabilities and ensure data integrity across all processes.
We’re looking for someone with:
4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or consulting.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or data analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000.
