The Diet Tech visits with each guest upon admission to conduct a nutrition assessment, explain dietary plans, record preferences, and ensure quality food service. This position has schedule on the weekends.

Responsibilities:
•They also assist in meal service, manage inventory, perform cleaning tasks, check diet trays, and deliver food to designated areas.•Ensures that nutrition documentation complies with regulations.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of an associate’s degree in nutrition preferred.•Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain soon after hire. Assistance may be provided in obtaining the permit.•ServeSafe Certified Manager/Diet Tech preferred•Two (2) years' experience in long term care dietary charting preferred•Fingerprint Clearance Card
