SUMMARY OF JOB:

Under the direct supervisor of the nurse/supervisor and/or manager for the unit provides nursing clerical support.  Assist in organizing the workflow of the unit in order to support patient/resident care, appointments, diagnostic studies etc.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

PA CNA License

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be flexible with scheduling

Computer experience required

Knowledge of medical terminology

Must be able to read, write and take verbal direction

Be willing to be a change agent

Demonstrates sensitivity to residents emotional, social, mental health and spiritual needs
